PAYMENT TERMS
- 10% payment of the booking value at the time of booking is necessary to guarantee a date.
- Payment will be made in advance upon arrival at the location by credit card or bank transfer.
CANCELLATION
Regular Season and Public holidays (including Pessach), August, and special events:
- Cancellation of an order from the moment of the transaction until two weeks before the date –
free cancellation - Cancellation of the reservation from the 14th day or less from the date of accommodation
will be charged 50% of the reservation cost. - A guest who did not arrive at the hotel without a cancellation notice will be charged 100%
of the cost of the reservation.
